One cannot be jingoistic if one is not woefully ignorant and one who is woefully ignorant finds ease in accepting the doctrinal depravity of American jingoism. The second: where did the ignorance and the jingoism originate? Man is not born with the tremendous hindrance of ignorance, he has been naturally endowed with the supreme mental power of questioning; of reflection. This power must be manipulated into a state of non-function; it must be suppressed by an outside power with the sole purpose to take ‘those who question’ into its proximity and crush them, like the relationship between boot and ant. And the third, the king of kings amongst inquiries: you don’t even know who carried out the September 11th horror, do you? You do not even have the slightest clue, the most minuscule idea, do you?

The first inquiry is rendered non sequitur by the second and the second, is amplified as it is unified with the third. The answers to these inquires turn your dream into a nightmare, your happiness into misery, your pathetic excuse of an existence, one that is built chiefly on lies, into an unrecognizable world where truth reigns supreme. The truth is a flavor not known by the taste buds of the masses and though they may not be cognizant of it, they hunger for it in a primal way.                    

What is ironic, nay, what is the glimmering pinnacle of irony, is that the object of your worship, your deity, that supremacist dragon that refers to itself as the ‘Jewish state,’ which you vehemently and hopelessly believe represents ‘the only true friend that America possesses in the Middle East,’ is the very reason that you are so disturbingly and disgracefully jingoistic. The Zionist creature occupying Palestine is the very reason why your ignorance has reached levels as radioactive as the streets of Baghdad, Basra and Fallujah after your army invaded and hammered Iraq with depleted uranium in March 2003. And what of “United 93,” the Hollywood epic that immortalized the myth of Flight 93’s ‘crash?’ Surely, this mesh of smoke, mirrors and hasbara stoked the flames of your ‘patriotism.’ Not a single frame of it was rooted in anything even resembling actuality and its producers were exclusively Zionist, adding another venomous layer to their delusive 9/11 narrative.

Does the sound of the names Lewis Eisenberg, Larry Silverstein, Frank Lowy and Ronald Lauder give you hope in ‘the havoc of war and the battles’ confusion?’ Eisenberg is a dedicated member of the Zionist lobby and chaired the Port Authority at the time of the September 11th attacks. Silverstein is an ultra-Zionist and prominent board member of the intensely pro-Israel United Jewish Appeal. Lowy is an ex-Haganah terrorist, former Golani Brigades commando and Zionist billionaire. And Lauder is head of the Zionist cosmetics firm, Estee Lauder, a member of at least seven Zionist lobby organizations, founder of a disciplinary school for Mossad on ethnically cleansed Palestinian land and the person predominantly responsible for transferring the World Trade Center from public to private hands; private Zionist hands, that is. These four men orchestrated the privatization of the World Trade Center, finalizing Zionist control over it in the weeks leading up to the attack. Silverstein would take out an anti-terrorism insurance policy on the WTC just 6 weeks before it was brought down and in the aftermath, he would profit in the billions thanks to the finagling of Jewish-Zionist judge Michael Mukasey, who manipulated the insurance case in Silverstein’s favor.

Doesn’t he make your very being pulsate with the feeling of ‘liberty and justice for all?’ It was Ratner’s firm that purchased 70,000 tons of WTC steel and shipped it off to the Zionist entity’s closest Asian ally, Hindutvadi India, as well as China, eliminating a gargantuan proportion of physical evidence.

Does Michael Bloomberg, brutally ardent Zionist, billionaire and current mayor of New York City, make you feel that the United States of America is ‘indivisible?’ Bloomberg ascended to the mayoral position in the wake of 9/11 and it is he who awarded the cleanup contract to Ratner. It is he who covered up Zionist criminal and AIG CEO Maurice Greenberg’s put option scheme with Bear Stearns and Swiss Re Insurance, further burying Greenberg’s profiteering role in the 9/11 onslaught. And it is he who transformed New York into a quasi-military dictatorship and Islamophobic police state with the help of former CIA chief, David Cohen, a Zionist who headed the agency’s analytical and operational divisions. Cohen has now created New York City’s very own version of the CIA, a mini-intelligence apparatus with full military capability; he, naturally, is its head. Its primary target has been none other than the Big Apple’s Muslim community, which it has spied on excessively since Cohen arrived in New York just four months after 9/11. NYPD’s raids on the Muslim community are modeled after none other than ‘Israeli’ occupation forces’ savagery in the occupied West Bank. Bloomberg has gone above and beyond ‘zionizing’ New York City; he has put its social and ethnic infrastructure through full blown ‘Israelification.’ For the record, Cohen worked for Greenberg’s AIG before being tapped by Bloomberg.

Speaking of Maurice Greenberg, does this Zionist multi-billionaire and robber of the highest order make the ‘red, white and blue’ on your quintessential flag lapel shine a tad brighter? Do fervent Zionist Jules B. Kroll and stalwart of the New York Zionist community Jerome Hauer do the same? Jules B. Kroll founded the security firm, Kroll Incorporated, which had security dominion over the World Trade Center on 9/11 and in fact had it since 1993 after the Mossad-FBI false flag. The contract was secured largely in part to the persistence and maneuvering of the aforementioned Rabbi Dov Zakheim. Kroll was a wholly owned subsidiary of Marsh-McLennan Companies and AIG, owned by Maurice Greenberg and later, his son, Jeffrey.

Kroll’s primary agent was Jerome Hauer, a close associate of Larry Silverstein. Hauer’s role is especially evil. He placed the Office of Emergency Management inside Building 7, much to the dismay of the NYPD. When Larry Silverstein issued the infamous order to ‘pull it,’ and demolish the structure, classified information in that office, information linking the CIA and several Zionist companies involved with insider trading prior to 9/11, was destroyed with it. Hauer also neutralized a true American patriot, former FBI counter-terrorism chief, John O’Neil, giving him a job in the World Trade Center and setting him up to die when Flight 11 was precision-guided into the secure computer room of Marsh-McLennan Company/Kroll in the North Tower. Hauer, Kroll and the Greenbergs have never even been questioned for their devilish, murderous roles in the 9/11 horror.

The day before 9/11, Rabbi Zakheim ‘disappeared’ $2.3 trillion, in one of the most scandalous events to ever hit the White House. Before the end of his tenure, another trillion would vanish. The missing trillions would end up in the pockets of the Zionist entity through a ‘military surplus’ package of warplanes delivered by the Zionist-run Bush administration. Zakheim negotiated the transfer. Ronald Lauder is another criminal Zionist personality whose role must be noted once again, as he assuredly allows you to understand the abyssal meaning of ‘freemen shall stand.’ Prior to privatizing the World Trade Center and assisting its transference to Zionist criminals Silverstein and Lowy, the don of the Estee Lauder empire helped privatize Stewart Airport in Newburgh, New York. It is in the skyways above Stewart Airport, where the flight paths of Rabbi Zakheim’s remote-controlled airplanes, fully formatted with Flight Termination Systems, would converge and make their way to their final destination in Manhattan. To this very moment, Lauder serves in full, Zionist capacity as a Mossad sayan, spewing propagandistic vitriol through the World Jewish Congress against Muslims, Arabs, pro-Palestine intelligentsia and of course, in defense of ‘the only democracy in the Middle East,’ the usurping Zionist enterprise.

It is Barak that stepped down from his post as ‘Israeli' Prime Minister in March 2001 to serve as an advisor for the NY-based Electronic Data Systems (EDS), a Mossad front partnered with another Mossad front, SCP Partners. This Zionist nexus, led by Barak, secured the thermite explosives used to demolish the World Trade center from several explosives-expert firms in their business portfolio. Barak, essentially, was the overseer of Mossad’s 9/11 operation. It is Olmert who was in New York City the night before 9/11 in a high-level secret meeting with then-mayor and ‘shabbos goy’ Rudolph Giuliani, making sure the stage was set for the ‘big day.’ Olmert himself is directly tied to ICTS, the treacherous ‘Israeli’ security firm which oversaw all three of the ‘9/11 airports.’ One of the founders of ICTS, Menachem Atzmon, is a close friend and political ally of Olmert (more on ICTS shortly).

If Barak was the 9/11’s overseer, then Chertoff was its chief strategist. 60 ‘Israeli’ spies were detained on 9/11 and 140 more were detained shortly before the event; all of them worked with Aman, the Zionist entity’s military intelligence organ or with IOF itself in the field of explosive ordnance. The spies detained on the day of the NYC tragedy, tested positive for explosives, including the infamous ‘five dancing Israelis’ who worked for a Mossad front known as Urban Moving Systems prior to the attack, gathering intelligence on Arabs and Muslims in the greater New York area to eventually use them as patsies for criminal ‘Israeli’ activity. Alexander also had a minute stake in the Zionist telecom company, Odigo, which he upgraded to full ownership 3 months after 9/11, solidifying a deal with the ‘Israeli’ Ronen brothers, Avner and Maskit. Alexander and his Comverse partners, William Sorin and David Kreinberg, both of whom served in ‘Israeli’ intelligence, were under investigation from US federal prosecutors for multiple fraud charges but were allowed to leave the country in utterly bizarre circumstances. One week prior to 9/11, Zim Integrated Shipping Services, an outfit partially owned by the Zionist entity, paid $50,000.00 to break its lease and shift its offices to Norfolk, Virginia. Nearly six months after securing a United Nations Security Council resolution authorizing a no-fly zone in Libya and the use of “all necessary measures… to protect civilians and civilian populated areas under threat of attack,” the US and its NATO allies, former colonial powers, are mounting a barbaric siege of a major population center that threatens to produce civilian casualties on a mass scale.
In their breathless promotion of the “final battle” to realize the real US-NATO aim in Libya—regime-change—few in the Western media have bothered to consider the fact that the major imperialist powers are carrying out precisely the kind of act they claimed their war was designed to prevent.
Gaddafi’s troops were marching on Benghazi, the world was told, and only a “humanitarian” intervention by NATO could save the city’s innocent population. Now the “rebels” are encircling Sirte, led by British and Qatari special forces troops, intelligence operatives and mercenary military contractors, while the city’s population is being pounded by NATO bombs and cut off from food, fuel and all basic supplies.
The sheer contempt shown by the US and the Western European powers for legality and world public opinion is breathtaking. The pretense that NATO is acting under the terms of the UN resolution that provided a fig leaf for its intervention is more than absurd; it has become obscene.
One has to go back to the crimes of the fascist powers in the 1930s and 1940s to search for parallels to such a siege: the bombing of Guernica in the Spanish Civil War, the siege of Leningrad and the Warsaw Ghetto.
NATO warplanes have over the past few days conducted scores of air strikes against Sirte, the town of Bani Walid to its west and the roads linking the two. While there have been no independent reports from Sirte, the spokesman for the Gaddafi regime, Moussa Ibrahim, reported that the continuous bomb and missile attacks have killed 1,000 people in the city and left many more wounded.
Part of this ferocious air assault is aimed at assassinating Colonel Muammar Gaddafi, who is believed by some to have taken refuge in the city or its surrounding area. Western special forces are reportedly on the ground hunting for Gaddafi, while an array of US spy planes have been deployed to pinpoint his whereabouts.
The NATO-led rebels have taken up positions on the main coastal highway both east and west of Sirte, with orders to stay in place until the NATO blitzkrieg has sufficiently annihilated the city’s defenders.
The National Transitional Council (NTC), the self-appointed body of ex-Gaddafi ministers, Western intelligence assets, Islamists and tribal functionaries that has been recognized by the major powers as the legitimate government of Libya, has announced a surrender-or-die ultimatum to the city. If a surrender is not forthcoming by Saturday, they say, the city will be subjected to military assault.
“We have been given no indication of a peaceful surrender,” an NTC military spokesman, Col. Ahmed Omar Bani, told a press conference in Benghazi. “We continue to seek a peaceful solution, but on Saturday we will use different methods against these criminals.”
“Sometimes to avoid bloodshed you must shed blood, and the faster we do this the less blood we will shed,” said Ali Tarhouni, the deputy head of the NTC.
The Western media is justifying a bloodbath in advance, reporting that the “rebels” have “unfinished business” or “scores to settle” with Sirte’s defenders, which are said to include army units involved in the attacks on Misrata and Benghazi. The city is also Gaddafi’s hometown and a center of his tribe, the Gaddafifahs.
The criminal methods employed by NATO and its “rebel” proxies—the bombing of cities, attempted assassinations, massacres and the lynching of black sub-Saharan African immigrant workers—are in sync with the aim of the war: imperialist conquest.
Having supported the Western-backed dictatorships of Zine El Abidine Ben Ali in Tunisia and Hosni Mubarak in Egypt against popular revolts until the bitter end, the US and its NATO allies decided to intervene in Libya, which lies strategically between these two countries. They set about hijacking the anti-Gaddafi demonstrations that broke out last February and fomenting a civil war as a vehicle for direct NATO intervention. To this end, British and French special forces units were deployed on the ground in Libya well before any UN resolution was ever discussed.
This intervention was never about protecting the civilian population. Tellingly, a spokesman for the NTC Wednesday estimated that the total number of Libyans killed in the last six months—both civilians and combatants—has risen to over 50,000. If one were to accept as good coin the pretense that NATO waged its war for the purpose of saving human lives, it would have to be judged a colossal failure. This war has produced far more carnage than any repression that preceded it.
The goal of the NATO war is to install a puppet regime in Tripoli that will be a more pliant tool of the Western governments and energy conglomerates. Ruling circles in Washington, London, Paris and Rome are salivating over the prospect of turning the clock back 42 years to the days when the corrupt monarchy of King Idris let Standard Oil write Libya’s petroleum laws and provided military bases to both the US and Britain.
Consolidating such neocolonial aims will no doubt entail an even greater amount of bloodshed in suppressing popular opposition within Libya.
The crimes being carried out against the people of Libya and the threat of a far wider conflagration that is inherent in the inter-imperialist tensions over who will control the country’s oil wealth pose the urgent necessity of a new antiwar movement, based on the working class and a socialist perspective.
The struggle against war must be joined with the fight against the assault on jobs, living standards and basic social and democratic rights taking place in virtually every country. It must be consciously directed against the source of both militarism and the unfolding social counterrevolution—the capitalist profit system.

The winners of that "kinetic" thing in northern Africa (the Barack Obama administration swears it's not a war) - collectively described as Friends of Libya (FOL) - were all in a jolly mood as they gathered in Paris on Thursday, with no air-conditioning but potent odors of runny Brie and Roquefort, to gloat about their United Nations-sanctioned, North Atlantic Treaty Organization-implemented "operation" for regime change in Libya.

Call it the FOL war; the R2P war (as in "responsibility to protect" Western plunder); the Air France war; the Total war; anyway, the FOL had a blast spinning their win...

Losing Our Intellectuals- Killing A Nation

 

 

A nation builds on the power of collective efforts of a society that are shaped by the directions of its intellectuals. The foundations of a society that are conceptualized and build by intellect are the ones which sustain the ravages of time and the erosion of social incumbency. Hordes of doctors, engineers, lawyers and bureaucrats may be tagged intellectuals by common lexicon, but in reality the ones who work for the continuity of a set social order often oiling their own gears & purses by their professional positions they hold are no real intellectuals. The real intellectuals are the ones, who stand up for cause, speak for a positive change, hold the hands of downtrodden and the deprived: often getting into a collision course against the social oligarchs, seeking with an unconstrained vision. Fortunately for a society intellect is not inherited down the family, unfortunately for the intellectuals they often become victims of the countervailing forces of venality and nepotism. A vibrant society must have mechanisms of intellectual peace and social safety accorded to that peace, in order to thrive. And if you want to destroy a society top down, it is this intellectual peace that is targeted, this social safety that is nullified.

Kashmir conflict has held a no bars policy of killing, erasing: traumatizing a society repetitively. All sections of society having been targeted generally, the erasure of our intellectual class has been selective and systematic. When they kill the intellectual they just don’t kill the human, they intend to kill the process of change associated with him, the thought of resistance, they try to subdue the efforts of social rebuild and renaissance. The killing of an intellectual is the murder of a voice ; silencing the agent of change. The intellectuals and thinking minds of a conflict zone have always to walk on a thin line in the middle of extreme forces, often running the risk of antagonizing either or both: a formidable task. All along the decades of conflict there has been a widespread feeling that Kashmir is witnessing a deliberate attempt to destroy its intellectual life, to create a thought vacuum and to neutralize any efforts of positive social and political change. The killing of every intellectual is followed by the blame games of state and non state forces, and in none of the circumstances has follow up justice been dispensed. The state takes a lame refuge in its preoccupation with the law and order, the ‘in the greater interest of national security’ repertoire, while the non state forces take refuge in ‘state stronger and more reachable than us’ and ‘state out to defame’; thus both shredding any accountability and blame. In the friction of this conflict it is the society that gets crushed, pulverized and ground. 

The killing of Maulana Showkat today at Gawkadal is another ghastly reminder of the intent of the extreme forces of this conflict. We shall soon have the blame game running full steam, but none of the rants of these blaming opponents can and will repair the loss to our society, nor is there any hope of dispensation of justice.  By erasing the thought leaders and social torch bearers of Kashmir, these extreme forces are forcing intellect desolation and inanity on us where in the society is left in disarray with blanked out social progression paths. This is nothing short of forcing an intellect holocaust on Kashmir. Maulana Showkat’s social contribution is well established; his efforts to improve the education standards of Kashmiri’s led him to work for the creation of the Trans World Muslim University in Kashmir under the aegis of JAH, which was to work under the guidelines of the western educational policy. His killing follows the irreparable loss of leading minds of Kashmir over these years, who have been eliminated under the cloak of Kashmir conflict by internecine and slaughterous forces, who disregard all rules of engagement and human cost in this blind war.

The killing of Dr. Guru (1^st April 1993), an intellect, a reformer and a visionary whose bullet ridden body was found abandoned. The tragedy followed the funereal procession of Dr Guru, when Indian security forces fired on the funeral and killed Ashiq, brother in-law of Dr Guru (who was holding the coffin) on way to his burial. The blood soaked dead body of Ashiq had to be picked by his own father in the middle of Barzulla chowk, the crowd of mourners having been dispersed by the unprovoked firing. How heavy a burden of a fathers shoulder! 

Jaleel Andrabi (killed on 8^th March 1996) was taken away by forces personnel on the Indira Gandhi road; his dead body was later dumped with torture marks all over it. The case against the killer Major (who is also accused of killing 11 persons including Andrabi) has been proven in the court, the culprits arrest ordered: but that is where it stands till now, justice beyond a court order has eluded for want of state action and will. 

Dr. Farooq Ahmad Ashai, (killed in 1993) a noted orthopedic specialist and a human rights activist was killed by gunshots from a CRPF bunker in Barzulla, targeted at him. A void unfilled, a gap open left in our society.

Pandit Hriday Nath Wanchoo (killed in 1992) who voiced concern about human rights in Kashmir and had filed numerous writ petitions against custodial deaths was shot by assailants silencing one more sane voice from Kashmir. The writ petitions consigned to quiescence and muteness, the voice having been subject to a permanent lull.

Mirwaiz Maulvi Farooq (killed 21 May 1990) and Abdul Ghani Lone, (killed 21 May 2002) were two towering political voices from Kashmir who were shot and killed, forcing contraction of sane political discourse in Kashmir. In none of the case was any justice dispensed.

The list seems unending, all major faculties, all schools of thought of our society having been trampled, decimated. I quote from one of my earlier blog

 “In his rage the imposer had also felled many mind humans, scholars, intellects who were guillotined for their thoughts, decimated for their value. They were made extinct to make this nation deprived of a road direction; the imposer uprooted the milestones, the path markers of the nation. We were being robbed of our guiding minds.”

In their fight for annexing our land these forces have murdered our bodies, killed our souls and guillotined our intellect. The real intent of these killings being to dismantle the holding pillars of our society, fragmenting us into smaller and divided units, making of ease the trampling efforts over us. This forced hollowness on our society aims at making us collapse from within, create delusions and speedup our extinction. 

How many more to this unending list, till our society realizes the oblivion and desolation that we are being forcefully herded into? Expecting justice from any of the forces, the state or the non state is self deceit. Both the state and the non state cherish our body count, build on our misery and capitalize on our disarray. If we don’t speak up against this felony of thinking minds, this forced annihilation and carnage now; we may not retain the faculties and prowess to speak up again. 

We can live as a lemming’s society and collectively, silently walk to our destruction or we can speak up, condemn and speak for justice in one voice and be heard. But the time to speak up is now.

"I know that they pursue me and will kill me. It is a matter of time; I will be killed in a month or two or less ... but I prefer to die for my ideas than on a bed of illness or aging." Lounes Matoub, the Algerian singer, poet and intellectual days before his assassination.


The killers may have physically killed these scholars and intelligentsia but they could not silence their thoughts, could not erase the ideals they stood for and cannot falsify the truth they believed in.
